IonShield — Color Absorb uses an electric indigo-violet palette inspired by ion field emissions, particle accelerator glow, and deep-space plasma phenomena. It is a color-matching absorb game where players move their cursor to intercept bullets of the matching shield color while avoiding mismatched ones. Starts with 11 lives / shots. Free for personal entertainment; no account or payment required.

IonShield spawns bullets aimed toward the player's last known position with slight randomised spread. Bullet speed increases by 0.3 per 600 frames of gameplay. Color auto-cycling interval (200 frames) is fixed and does not change with difficulty. Wrong-color bullet hits cost 1 life with 70-frame invincibility. Correct-color absorption awards 20 + (5 × wave_multiplier) points.
IonShield begins with 11 lives or shots. Life gain/loss mechanics are described in the in-game instructions. We may adjust difficulty parameters in future updates.
